This year's camp would literally not be possible without the generosity of this year's camp sponsors and community partners, Happy Ears Hearing Center () and Arizona Hands & Voices ().
Happy Ears is a family-owned audiology practice that has been serving the Valley since 2014. They provide expert, personalized care for hearing loss, tinnitus, vertigo, and related conditions through comprehensive evaluations and advanced hearing technology to rehabilitative services. Their mission is simple: Helping people hear better and live happier. 💛
Message from AZHV: Arizona Hands & Voices is proud to support Mission Possible Deaf Day Camp and the incredible work of building confidence, friendships, and lifelong memories for Deaf and Hard of Hearing youth. As a parent-led statewide nonprofit, we walk alongside families from the moment of identification through every stage of their journey by providing unbiased support from Parent/DHH Guides in our Guide By Your Side program at no cost to families. We believe that when families are connected, informed, and empowered, children thrive.
Thank you, Happy Ears Hearing Center and Arizona Hands & Voices, for investing in Deaf and hard of hearing children and families in the East Valley this summer.

his week, try this 👇
Use rhyme/movement!
Science proves that our brains are pattern seeking by design. When we use the power of rhyme and movement, we give the brain exactly what it wants. Incorporating movement while signing may also support sustained attention, language play, vocabulary learning, and introduce phonological awareness in ASL. Plus, movement, rhyme, and rhythm keeps things fun and exciting! Who doesn't want that?
Stay tuned this week for more tips and practical suggestions for incorporating rhyme and movement 💃🏾
[ID: Bright purple background with a yellow brushstroke banner at the top reading "Sunday Signing Series" in black italic script. A teal square badge in the upper right reads "TIP 4" in bold white letters. Three cutout photos of children are arranged playfully across the center — a smiling Black toddler in a striped shirt on the left with fists raised in excitement, a baby in a blue and white striped outfit in the center appearing to float mid-air with a surprised expression and one finger pointing, and a girl with yellow glasses and a yellow shirt on the right pointing toward the center text. Bold yellow block letters with pink outlines fill the lower half of the image reading "USE RHYME/ MOVEMENT" across three lines. The Deafinitely Communicating logo — a hand signing inside a speech bubble — appears in the lower right corner.]
