Wed Sept 28- Level 1 classes at 4:30pm and 6:30pm, and Restorative Reformer at 5:30pm
Sun Oct 2- Restorative Reformer at 9:00am and Level 1 at 10:00am.

Core Body Pilates Barre & Yoga Gilbert, Arizona in south Gilbert
Thur Sept 30- 5:00am, 5:15pm and 6:15pm

Trilogy Pilates in east Mesa (my studio)
Friday Oct 1- Private, or Duet, at 10:00am and 11:00am (DM me to schedule)
