The trailer is equipped with a robust 50 amp service, ensuring ample electrical power for all your needs. During the construction process, the floor was reinforced with foam board insulation, complemented by a v***r barrier and a protective metal belly pan underneath. The walls and ceilings were expertly insulated using a spray-in insulation technique, ensuring optimal temperature control and energy efficiency. Topping it all off is a sturdy metal roof, providing durability and protection from the elements.
Throughout the entire build process, comprehensive documentation was captured in the form of pictures. These images showcase every step taken, highlighting the skilled trades involved in bringing this project to life. Rest assured, the construction was certified by NOAH (National Organization of Alternative Housing), providing reassurance of its quality and compliance with industry standards. Inside the trailer, you'll find a charming combination of shiplap walls and tongue-and-groove ceilings, adding a touch of rustic elegance. The kitchen area features a farmhouse sink and stylish butcher block counters, providing both functionality and aesthetic appeal. Moving to the floors, you'll discover durable and visually appealing luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring.
Comfort is a top priority in this trailer, as evidenced by the inclusion of essential amenities. You'll find a full-size toilet, a convenient shower, a washer, a dryer, and a fridge, allowing for a comfortable living experience on the go. To provide hot water on demand, a propane-powered water heater is installed, ensuring you have access to warm water whenever needed. For cooking and laundry, a propane range and dryer are available.
To maintain a comfortable indoor climate, the trailer is equipped with two mini-split electric HVAC units. These units efficiently cool or heat the space as desired, ensuring optimal temperature control throughout the year.
We use Steel Cladding for all of our homes. We do this because the steel has a 20 year guarantee which means no ongoing maintenance for our customers. Plus it’s very tough and perfect for US conditions.
