UPDATE TO OUR CUSTOMERS

DJI's having a tough year. They're dealing with product delays at Customs Border Protection, a situation that's still unresolved and has even forced them to stop selling their main business-focused products.



To add to this, our ability to support drone repairs is facing significant challenges due to recent shifts in our supply chain. Domestically sourced parts now require direct purchase from China, resulting in a substantial 145% tariff and increased shipping expenses. This has caused dramatic and unpredictable changes across our pricing, ordering, and delivery timelines. Existing orders have been unexpectedly canceled with little explanation, leaving us struggling to meet our obligations.

For example, a part previously costing $125 will now cost $306 due to tariffs alone.

Similar to many businesses, we are currently assessing the viability of continuing our repair services versus a temporary suspension pending improved circumstances. We appreciate your continued support, which has enabled us to navigate significant obstacles, including the Covid-19 pandemic, negative perceptions surrounding Chinese-manufactured drones, and the current tariff complications. We move forward with the ongoing encouragement of our clients, friends, and family.
