Welcome to Our Kitchen.

We started as a small food cart making custom sausages with custom toppings and relishes. We grew to a food truck eventually and recently the food truck business and cart were sold and the opportunity to take over a small kitchen space located inside Groggy’s Bar in Mesa at 2207 W. Main St presented itself, we are now producing a more diverse menu of Custom and from scratch Craft Fare. Come down and give us a try. We stand behind out product and look forward to feeding you some of those Basic Culinary Delights.
