It's time. After months of eval and a few ICU stays, Caleb has been placed on the ❤️ transplant list. God is faithful and we know He will finish the miraculous in Caleb. We need you. Will you walk alongside of our Caleb on this journey. Will you stand with him. Pray. Hold him up in faith. Believe wildly for God’s absolute best. Because we know with God ALL THINGS are possible. 💕 Sedric & Sarah
