Here is our Synopsis of our Metro Phoenix Real Estate market. At the start of the shutdown around March 17, we had around 9200 Active listings and at the height of the Pandemic, we got up 14,000 Active listings with 7,158 closed at the end of April 2020 which worked out to a 1.96 Months of Supply, still excellent for a Seller's market. At the end of June 2020 as far as our Metro Phoenix Real Estate market goes, we have FULLY RECOVERED from our COVID-19 pandemic having only 9,108 Actives on July 3 and we had 9713 Closed in the last month of June!!
