In the 40 years of our family owning & operating Coachworks now more than ever we see that insurers have pushed consumers so hard to use their "approved" network of shops for collision repairs.

They will use reassuring phases like "maximize convenience", "priority treatment", and promise "a service experience that is second to none". Who wouldn’t want that!?

But, what about the quality of the repairs? Will they properly restore the value of your vehicle, or will they diminish the value further by taking shortcuts and using parts not made by the manufacturer of your vehicle?
