Arizona Facilithon 2023 was an astounding success this week held at the Phoenix Civic Center. FM Solution’s Staff and many other Faculty Management Professionals were extremely inspired by our state’s high school student’s connection toward careers in FM. These competitions aid in developing technically-oriented students from unmotivated kids, to focused and highly-skilled graduates who know where they’re headed in the building industry!

Creation of a Capital Improvement Program

FM Solutions Space Needs Assessment creates viable project options that can be used to start a Capital Improvement Program (CIP). It identifies projects needed caused by space requirements, staff growth and population growth. Typically, Capital Renew is a part of the CIP as well. These projects need to be prioritized, validated, costed, and defined. Our Space Needs Assessment has established a process that Capital Improvement projects can be evaluated through Mission, Goals and Guiding Principles through a Facility Plan Advisory Team (FPAT).
