Competing is a skill. Feeling pressure, digging in and pushing to limits. Learning from mistakes and building on victories. Weightlifting as a sport has long periods of redundant training where sometimes we lose that feeling of competition and the vision. Put yourself in uncomfortable positions it’s truly the only way for change to occur.
