This year surprised me in the best way.

For years, I prayed for God to remove a timid spirit from me. I felt stagnant, like I wasn’t fully living out what He placed on my heart, especially when it came to photography.

Then He asked me to step out. To share my story. To get uncomfortable.

One session turned into two… then three. Before I knew it, I was on my sixth and thinking, wow, this feels big. And then God said, here’s nine more.

I’m beyond grateful for every client who trusted me, encouraged me, and believed in me from the start. I’ve been on and off with photography for nearly 10 years, never imagining I’d finally take this step. In the past, I’d do one session a year, deliver the photos, and stop there.. held back by doubt.

This year changed that.

I still have so much to learn, but God showed me that nothing was wasted. Every season was preparation, and His timing is perfect.

Heading into 2026 excited and thankful for what’s to come; for my life, my business, and every story I’ll get to capture.
