Job Description:
Take inbound customer support calls and provide excellent service to our clients' customers.
System Requirements:
*Reliable Internet: At least 30Mbps wired internet connection (download and upload) with a backup internet solution.
*Powerful Computer: 8GB RAM (16GB RAM preferred) to ensure smooth performance.
*Quality Headset: Wired headset with noise reduction/cancellation feature for clear communication.

Qualifications:
*Excellent Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
*Fast Typing: Typing speed of 35 wpm (words per minute).
*Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
*Integrity: Strong work ethic and commitment to honesty and integrity.
