Denali is my wild child, and she has been 💲💲 appropriately. She is easy to handle once caught, and she is milk stand trained. She has kidded easily in both years with no assistance (large single buck, triplets). She placed 3rd in her first show (behind two Moon Station does, so it still felt like a win 😅), and she scored decently on her LA score despite a late date in the heat of summer. I fully believe she will score even better in the years to come.

Her dam, Emerald C Ranch HG Aquamarine, scored an 83VVVA as a 3YO 2F (E in Rear Legs) at the same appraisal, and she has earned her Jr. Leg. She is a linebreeding on the great GCH Buffalo Clover Valentino *B 91EEE! Denali's sire is CH (pending) Gypsy Moon WP Starwars, who is a son of GCH Gypsy Moon SB War-Paint *B 90EVE and GCH Algedi Farms DJ Busy As A Bee *M 91EEEE (GCH Algedi Farms Drops Of Jupiter *B 91EEE).

She has spent a month in the same pen as MerryTale SS Wi******er *B. Wi******er is a son of Winning Streak EB Simon Says (Phoenix Farm Exotic Bird +*B x GCH Winning Streak CM Hop Scotch *M 91VEVE) and SGCH BRK Dairy Farms Belle Star *M 91VEEE. Service Memo will be available once kids are born.

This doe is not a cull. She has several strengths that make her an excellent brood doe, show goat, and a wonderful addition to my breeding program. Unfortunately, I am downsizing to a handful of does due to health limitations, and I have gotten a doe from her this year in my herd name.

It's been a while!

Just like many other herds, this year has taken quite the toll on my health (physical and mental) and my finances. To help stay present with the many activities my children are involved in, to stay sane, and to really go back into what I love, the breeding program will be taking a back seat for the time being. This doesn't mean I will stop enjoying the goats, but it does mean that I will be much pickier on which goats I put my energy into, and my herd will be reduced to a handful, while also only breeding every other year. Plans do happen to change, but I really enjoy my role as a mom, and I won't be able to get these years back.

All of this to say, Little Tots Estate Mars kidded beautifully last Friday with 2B and 1D. The doe is RETAINED, and she is absolutely everything I hoped for and more when Brittany and I chose to breed Mars to 40 West Farm Sweet William. As of right now, one buckling will be available, but I would like to wait a bit longer to evaluate the both of them before taking any reservations, so stay tuned! Also, keep an eye out for the does I will be letting go.
