Knead Sweets Bakery

I don’t do much cake/pastries baking anymore…but have taken up sourdough this year. My first attempt at sourdough sandwich bread. So fluffy & soft.

Was asked to make some lemon blueberry rolls for breakfast for the staff at a local restaurant. Think they turned out rather well, though I didn’t get a taste!
