Join us for Stride + Swim on Thursday, July 30! We'll kick things off with a 45 minute FIT4MOM stroller workout, then head into the pool for a sample swim class where your little one can get comfortable in the water while you learn more about their programs.

If you've taken one of Lara's classes, you already know the energy, warmth, and joy she brings to our village. From joining FIT4MOM on maternity leave to becoming one of our incredible instructors, she's been inspiring moms to move, connect, and embrace every stage of motherhood.

We sat down with Lara to learn more about her journey, what motherhood has taught her, her favorite ways to recharge, and the advice she has for other moms. Her answers are honest, encouraging, and a reminder that none of us are meant to do this alone.
