Here’s a brief introduction to the second Chakra!
The second Chakra, Svadhisthana or Sacral, literally means "one’s own dwelling place.”
It is also known as the creativity and sexual chakra. It is located above the p***c bone and below the navel. A balanced second chakra leads to feelings of wellness, abundance, pleasure, and childlike joy. When this chakra is out of balance, a person may experience emotional instability, fear of change, sexual dysfunction, mental illness, or addictions.
You can open this chakra with creative expression and by nurturing your body. The energy of this chakra is feminine, passive, and lunar.
When the sacral chakra is not balanced, you may experience chronic lower back pain, ovarian cysts reproductive issues and many other symptoms.
Mentally, blocked sacral energy can be associated with addiction, repressed feelings, and lack of creative energy.
