Thanks to the speech and debate clause, members of Congress can't be sued or charged for what they say during sessions. The DOJ had no legal way to stop him.

In February 2026, Massie and Rep. Ro Khanna reviewed the unredacted DOJ files. They found at least six men they called ""likely incriminated,"" including a high-ranking foreign official — all deliberately blacked out. After public backlash, the DOJ unredacted more names, including billionaire Les Wexner.

Congress wrote the law. The DOJ still tried to bury the truth."

Some of y’all really need to crack open your history books—the same ones some politicians don’t want people reading. Real history shouldn’t be buried just to spare feelings. Our ancestors’ actions, no matter how uncomfortable, shaped the world we live in now. It’s time we teach it honestly.
