Building Futures Through Opportunity
At Creative Action Services, our mission is to help individuals gain the skills, confidence, and real-world experience needed for long-term employment and independence.
Our process begins with a personalized intake assessment, where we identify each participant’s strengths, interests, and abilities.
From there, we match participants with the right worksite so they can gain meaningful hands-on experience through our Work-Based Learning Experience (WBLE) and On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs.
Through these opportunities, participants develop:
• Real-world job skills
• Workplace responsibility
• Communication and teamwork
• Confidence and job readiness
Our goal is to prepare individuals for future employment, support their transition into adulthood, and help them become self-sufficient and fully employed.
We are grateful for the worksites and community partners who open their doors and help make these opportunities possible.

The Acosta twins are gaining hands-on experience through their On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement with Pro-Play Games, led by owner George Machado.
This partnership represents what happens when local businesses choose opportunity over limitation.
Through OJT, participants build real-world skills, confidence, and workplace readiness — while employers gain dedicated, motivated team members who are eager to grow.
At Creative Action Inc., we believe workforce development should reflect the community it serves.
Thank you to Pro-Play Games for investing in inclusive employment and opening doors to meaningful career pathways.
Stronger businesses. Stronger futures. One placement at a time. 🌟

At Creative Action Inc., we work with individuals who are ready to work and employers who are ready to lead with inclusion. We provide job readiness support, workplace matching, hands-on training through WBLE and OJT programs, and ongoing follow-up to ensure long-term success — not just job placement, but stability and growth.
Christian’s journey represents more than employment.
It represents confidence. Independence. Dignity.
And we are incredibly grateful to Little Angels Special Care for opening their doors and believing in ability over limitation. 🤝
