This , we want you to meet an artist we deeply admire:

Kathryn builds temples you can walk right into. Across sculpture, performance, video, and drawing, her work keeps circling the Goddess archetype and the body as sacred ground, and she offers these immersive spaces to the public as places for healing and presence.

Her art has traveled from the Orange County Museum of Art to the DESTE Foundation in Greece and galleries around the world, and this year ArtReview named her one of their Future Greats. She lives between Los Angeles and the Mediterranean, which makes perfect sense for someone so drawn to ancient and sacred places.

Here is what has us especially excited. Kathryn and Noelia Madiedo have made something together, and the pairing is almost too perfect: Kathryn builds the pyramid, Noelia fills it with sound. It is called A 77 Portal, one night of art, sound, and nature in Ibiza where you step inside and let both move through you. Tuesday, July 7.
