What does high frequency living actually look like?
Sometimes, it looks like this.

Wrapped in light.
Dancing freely.
Feeling joy, ease, presence. Fully alive.

But how does this translate to real life?

Because this isn’t just about one night.
It’s about everything that led to it.

The mornings I chose to meet myself.
The breathwork that cleared my energy.
The nervous system I regulated.
The habits I broke. The ones I built.
The silence I sat in. The truths I honored.

This is a metaphor for life.
Because how you do one thing is how you do everything.
Joy isn’t random. Magnetism isn’t accidental.

We create it
with what we practice
with how we think
with how we breathe
with how we hold ourselves in every moment.

So ask yourself:

What’s the first emotion that greets you in the morning?

What’s your body trying to say right now?

Your thoughts? Your sleep? Your skin?

What are the people in your life reflecting back to you?

What is your energy calling in or pushing away?

Are you listening?

Because your life is your frequency, playing out in real time.

July 20 . Día del Amigo

Today I think of my people in Argentina.
My culture.
My friends.

Because in Argentina we celebrate
El Día del Amigo, Friends Day,
and it’s a big deal for us.

I’m not even sure if other countries truly celebrate something like this.
Some mention friendship on Valentine’s Day. Others have something called International Friendship Day in July or August.

But it’s not the same.

In Argentina this day is real.
Most houses are full.
People get together for asados,
to play football, to see old friends.
Some start two or three days before just to make sure they don’t miss anyone.

That says a lot about my culture.
About how much we care.
About how we open our hearts and show up for the people in our lives.

To all my friends in Argentina,
I carry you in my heart ♡

And to all my friends, wherever you are,
thank you for being part of my life.

To the ones I can no longer hug,
I send my heart to the sky.

20 de julio . Día del Amigo

Hoy pienso en mi gente en Argentina.
En mi cultura.
En mis amigos.
Porque en Argentina celebramos
el Día del Amigo,
y para nosotros es algo importante.

No estoy segura de si en otros países se celebra algo así.
Algunos lo mencionan en San Valentín,
otros tienen algo llamado Día Internacional de la Amistad en julio o agosto.

Pero no es lo mismo.

En Argentina este día se vive de verdad.
Las casas están llenas.
La gente se junta a hacer un asado,
a jugar al fútbol, a reencontrarse.
Algunos empiezan a celebrar dos o tres días antes para poder ver a todos.

Eso dice mucho de nuestra cultura.
De cuánto nos importan los vínculos.
De cómo abrimos el corazón y estamos para los que queremos.

A todos mis amigos en Argentina,
los llevo en el corazón ♡

A mis amigos en todas partes del mundo, gracias por ser parte de mi vida.

A los que ya no puedo abrazar, les mando mi corazón al cielo.

Three years ago I had a dream.

To create a community in Miami that felt like family.
A space for people who share the same values.
Who seek depth. Who want to be fully themselves, with no masks, no pretending, no pressure to be anything other than who they truly are.
A space where they can share their hearts and their hardships with no judgment.

Miami is not the easiest city for that.
It is fast. It is transient.
It is beautiful on the surface, but not always easy to go beyond it.
That is why this was a wish. A dream.
And we made it happen.

In a city where so many call this their second home, and where families are often far away or incomplete, I feel grateful to have my brother, my nephew Luca, and my sister-in-law close.

And after some years of teaching Kundalini Miami, I was ready to create something bigger.
Beyond the surface.
A deeper connection. A sacred bond.
Not just a group to practice with, but a community to walk life with.

That is how the Kundalini Tribe was born.
And this August, we celebrate three years.

Today we are more than 50 active members. And what we have built truly feels like family.

We do not just meet for gatherings.
We all choose the moments in which we show up at our for sunrise m sadhana at 6 a.m.,
for deep sunset classes, for rebirthings.
We move through 40, 100 & ∞︎︎-day challenges together.
We hold each other, support each other, and keep each other growing.

Something shifted within me this year.
My energy shifted. I felt a deep pull to nurture this more fully.
That is why I chose to celebrate my birthday with them.
We sailed together this weekend.
We danced, laughed, connected, and honored what we have created.

To my beloved Kundalini Tribe, thank you.
For showing up. For being real. For choosing to grow together.

And these photos are just a glimpse of what we shared. This was one of the most meaningful birthdays of my life, and it is all because of you.

Thank you for showing up as you are,
for choosing to grow, and for being part of something that I once dreamed of, and now call home.
