From Aventura to Downtown Miami in 17 Minutes! Brightline Says Aventura Train Service Will Begin Within Weeks.

The Cities of Aventura and Miami are just a few weeks away from Brightline beginning train service to and from the two cities - the company announced last week. With goals of easier, quicker, and safer transit, Brightline expects their trip time between downtown Miami’s Miami Central and Aventura to take about 16-17 minutes.

One of the most sought after Penthouses in the city of Miami went under contract on Tuesday, September 20th and officially closed on September 29th for the sales price of $19,500,000. The unit was originally listed for $22,000,000 - and was on the market for 119 days. the previous owner, Mark Bryn purchased the penthouse back in March of 2020 for $13,800,000. The building has had a ton of action this past week, with their Penthouse officially going under contract - as well as their 6,500 square foot ground level restaurant space being sold to Robert Rivani of Black Lion Investment Group for $6,400,000.
