Throughout his career in the private sector, he has built a strong reputation in training and development, operations, workforce management, leadership development, and strategic problem solving. His background combines military discipline with real-world security leadership, making him an ideal fit for our C1P’s mission and values.

As we continue to expand and elevate our services, Mike’s leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and reinforcing our commitment to quality and professionalism.
