Cocoa, easily, my favorite superfood because who doesn’t love a guiltless treat like fair-trade, dark chocolate? (In moderation of course!)
Cocoa is filled with flavonoids- powerful antioxidants with anti-inflammatory and immune system benefits. If I didn’t make time to bake something sweet for my post-dinner desserts during the week, I make sure to have a bar of in the house so I can have a piece or two.
