🔥Q2 Market Update🔥
The Miami Dade market continues it’s hot streak through Q2 with Single Family Homes remaining a hot commodity. Decreasing inventory has steadily driven prices higher in this sellers market, along with significantly less days on market than Q2 2020.
Condos have also seen increased sales with 224% more sales in Q2 2021 than Q2 2020. However, average days on market have actually increased despite lower inventory.
