Based on our research, the key to living better, longer is embracing these interconnected lifestyle characteristics. To make it to age 100, you have to have won the genetic lottery. But most of us have the capacity to make it well into our early 90s and largely without chronic disease. As the Adventists demonstrate, the average person’s life expectancy could increase by 10-12 years by adopting a Blue Zones lifestyle”

May was a big month for our team and and our heart health warriors. We were all in for the Women’s Heart Health special featuring Sidney Stolz Blue Zones and Stephen Watson ABC -TV affiliate WPLG .❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mother’s Day was the perfect day to tune into the only locally dedicated health program in South Florida/ SOFLO Health with host Hunter Franqui.

We discussed more about heart health for the women you love and our commitment to the American Heart Associations Go Red for Women Initiative. We also discussed the latest news about Blue Zones and the community from Sid and more about the Blue Zones Center from Stephen.
