A continuación con las tareas a desarrollar:
Take ownership and complete requests with a professional, customer-centric attitude, oriented to offer solutions to our customers.
Manage incoming requests and participate in bridge calls, engaging external engineers and resources.
Complete requests in a timely manner following case resolution, check the reports and tech logs reports and update in our CRM platform.
Maintain an accurate record of activities using office tools and CRM software.
Write detailed knowledge articles for each type of support requested by our customer to aid colleagues in future troubleshooting.
Attend on-site and internal training.
Assist the Director in administrative work and track multiple schedules
Talk with customers about the assigned activities, to keep them updated at every moment.
Create a database of external engineers that can support you either in person or remotely, confirming availability and rates.
Supervise the external technical support team, monitoring support cases.
Review engineers compliance, including absences and completion of tasks
Participate in national and international video conference with customers and directors.
Generate weekly reports about support and hadware requests.
Review and approve technical visits reports.
Be prepared to liaise with national and international clients.
Understand Networking Service Desk.
Highlight potential problems and resolutions.
Detect opportunities for business growth and expansion
Become an Infrastructure and networking specialist.
Competency: Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications:
Previous Help Desk experience an advantage; (desirable)
Ability to build and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally;
Analytical problem solver;
Strong attention to detail;
Excellent customer service skills;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English;
Desire and motivation to learn and ability to advance skill level;
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload;
Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative;
Ability to remain calm under pressure;
PC literate, especially Microsoft Office;
Self-assured in contact with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and internal resource;
Trustworthy and honest.
