A Time For Healing: The last few days everyone's emotions have be running high as it's calling you to heal or revisit some places for healing... Don't avoid feeling old wounds... You probably need emotional trauma closure.

Teaching and Learning: Everyday is a Learning process of Self and your surroundings.. as season changes we teach ourselves to be better or to "react" better than last season, last year, or from years ago... As we change we teach people how to treat us (that's in a good way or bad way) always remember to check in with your heart 💚... Your Heart helps you to connect with Future Greater Good... You are good in your future and youre able to teach others by experience.

This is the same way that we do "Energy Scan"... When you walk in a room take a moment and inhale deeply (take it all in) and Exhale (release what not yours and keep the positive vibe) letting the energy that isn't yours recognize that you have built a shield of protection... Use your natural instincts to complete this
