DC United and the Mystics could have hosted their big games at the University of Maryland or George Mason, but I’m grateful they chose Baltimore. They gave the city a chance to work its charm. I hope this trend continues. It widens both team’s potential fan bases, helps black business in Baltimore and bridges the gap between both areas.

We could see a few rain or snow showers from it as soon as late Sunday. Larger waves of wintry weather currently look to arrive Monday as well as Tuesday.

It’s far enough out to have little confidence in progression or precipitation type. For now, the Monday wave appears to be light to moderate snow or a wintry mix. Tuesday looks more like a wintry mix to rain.”
