I see this all the time with the women I work with.
They choose a meal that is perfectly healthy, fully raw, and packed with nutrients, yet still find themselves looking for something “more” after.
Food satisfaction ISNT just physical.
It’s also about texture, variety, and the overall eating experience. When those needs aren’t fully met, it’s easy to think you’re still hungry or that you’re lacking willpower, when in reality the meal may simply not have felt fully satisfying.

I was diagnosed with anorexia at 11 years old.
