A few months ago, I met . What was supposed to be a simple fitting session turned into one of the deepest conversations I’ve ever had with someone I had just met.

During our conversation, Ema mentioned the Essene Mirrors in her own words. I had never heard of them before. But the moment she explained them, something inside me lit up. It felt as if every cell in my body was paying attention.

When I got home, I looked up Gregg Braden’s teachings and listened to his explanation over and over again, probably ten times..even more!. I wanted to fully absorb the wisdom and depth behind each mirror.
One of the ways I process spiritual teachings is through art. I learn through listening, but I understand through creating. So I painted the Seven Essene Mirrors for myself, transforming the lessons into images my mind and heart could revisit again and again.
Today, I’m sharing them with you.
They have become a powerful tool for self-reflection, helping me look beyond what is happening around me and explore what life may be showing me about myself.
