When the procedure lives in your head there is no way to delegate effectively bc you will essentially be the vessel that has to explain everything over and over again to any new hire or person you want to delegate to.
Do yourself a favor and record yourself while going through your process. Pop that video into an ai tool and generate an SOP from the transcript. Easy peasy. No extra leg work.
Systemizing your business doesn't have to be hard...you just need to stop being the bottleneck.
Document your processes, delegate the s**t you hate to do and start living your million dollar CEO life!
