Most women struggling with body image don’t realize they’re living by a set of invisible rules every single day
Rules like:
❌“I can’t wear that until I lose weight”
❌“I need to look good in photos to enjoy myself”
❌“If I feel bad about my body I should eat less tomorrow”
❌“If I were more disciplined I’d finally feel confident”
And the problem is that the more you follow these rules, the more your body image starts controlling your life
👉🏼Your confidence becomes dependent on your weight
👉🏼Your mood changes based on how your body looks that day
👉🏼You stop trusting yourself
👉🏼And your body becomes the center of everything
Body image healing is not learning how to finally love what you see in the mirror every second of the day
It’s learning how to stop letting your body determine your worth, your confidence, your relationships, your food choices, and your life ❤️
