What You’ll Do:
✔️ Run operations at 2 locations (The Hamptons = main office)
✔️ Oversee hiring, training, & team culture
✔️ Own budgets, KPIs & billing
✔️ Build local marketing strategies + events
✔️ Be the face of the brand inside & out

Who We’re Looking For:
💼 5+ years office management (plastic surgery or aesthetics preferred)
