Tasha has become a driving force behind the recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development of our Teaching Fellows and Changemaker Volunteers. Her work has helped shape a more prepared, confident, and mission-driven Village dedicated to creating meaningful impact for the students and communities we serve.

From designing and streamlining training systems to improving onboarding, Tasha is a force in instructional design and training. Her leadership has also been key in supporting initiatives like SkillBuild and mentoring our AmeriCorps members with care, intentionality, and professionalism.

Tasha’s commitment to our mission, dedication to cultivating strong leaders, and focus on transforming learning environments continue to uplift our entire Village.
