Resilience is not pretending nothing hurts. It is not avoiding fear, pain, uncertainty, or change.
Resilience is learning how to stay present in the middle of the storm. It is choosing to continue, even when life doesn’t go as planned. You do not need to rush your process. Growth also happens when you pause, breathe, and stay connected to
yourself.

La resiliencia no es fingir que nada duele. No es evitar el miedo, el dolor, la incertidumbre o el cambio.
Es mantenerte presente en medio de la tormenta.
Es elegir seguir adelante, incluso cuando la vida no sale como lo planeabas. No necesitas apresurar tu proceso. El crecimiento también ocurre cuando haces una pausa, respiras y te mantienes conectada contigo misma.

For 11 years, I have been a single mom.
And the truth is… only unconditional love can make you understand how beautiful this journey really is.
It has been hard. Deeply hard at times.There were moments of exhaustion, loneliness, fear, heartbreak, and carrying the weight of everything on my own.
But motherhood has also taught me how to love beyond limits.How to stay standing when life tries to break you.How to feel deeply without losing yourself.How to overcome.How to become softer and stronger at the same time.
My daughters did not just grow through these years… I did too.
They taught me patience, resilience, courage, tenderness, and purpose.They taught me that real love is not perfection — it is presence. It is showing up again and again, even on the hardest days.
And if I could choose this journey all over again, with every challenge it brought, I still would.Because loving them has been the greatest privilege of my life.

Durante 11 años he sido mamá soltera.
Y la verdad es que solo el amor incondicional puede hacerte entender lo hermoso de este camino.
Ha sido difícil cargar con todo sola: cansancio, soledad, miedo, dolor. Pero la maternidad también me enseñó a amar más allá de los límites. A mantenerme de pie cuando la vida intenta romperte. A sentir profundamente sin perderme a mí misma. A salir adelante. A volverme más suave y más fuerte al mismo tiempo.
Mis hijas no fueron las únicas que crecieron durante estos años… yo también crecí.
Ellas me enseñaron paciencia, resiliencia, valentía, ternura y propósito. Me enseñaron que el amor verdadero no es perfección: es presencia. Es estar ahí una y otra vez, incluso en los días más difíciles.
Y si pudiera elegir este camino de nuevo, con cada uno de los retos, lo volvería a elegir.
Porque amarlas ha sido el mayor privilegio de mi vida.🤣
