The 18 Wheelers at Salt Waterfront Restaurant this Friday, April 3, 2026.

Miami's one and only Honkytonk band, The 18 Wheelers, returns to
Salt Waterfront Restaurant (affectionately known as The Wet Lab) this
Friday!

The group will bring their own special brand of Classic C&W, Roots Rock,
and Hillbilly Bop, to this beautuful hidden gem on Key Biscayne, this Friday,
From 6 to 8ish pm!

Enjoy the sunset and the million dollar view of Bear Cut, from the deck of University
of Miami's Rosensteil School of Marine and Atmospheric Science bar & grill, while quaffing a brew and munching on some tasty bites.

This happy hour crowd is composed of RSMS students, and professors,
as well as the scientists from the National Oceanographic
and Atmospheric Administration, trainers from the Miami Seaquarium,
and in-the-know locals.
Yes, it is open to the general public!

We'll have Paul Feltman and Sean Edelson on guitars,
Chris DeAngelis on doghouse bass,
and the mayor of South Miami, the one and only Monchy, on the drums.

The gig is rain or shine.
Enter the campus through the gate, then take a right.
This will lead you all the way around the campus until you arrive at the Wet Lab.
The parking is free!

The 18 Wheelers at The Wet Lab aka Salt Waterfront Restaurant October 24, 2025 6 - 8 pm

We're back at Salt this Friday!

The 18 Wheelers will bring on that Classic C&W, Roots Rock, and Hillbilly Bop which has made them famous in their own minds.

Enjoy the million dollar view of Key Biscayne, from the deck of University of Miami's Oceanography School's bar & grill, SALT Waterfront Restaurant (also known as The Wet Lab) while quaffing a brew and munching on some great food!

This place is a hidden gem, located on Virginia Key, next to the Miami Seaquarium, on the campus of University of Miami Rosenstiel School of Atmospheric and Marine Science.
It's got a wonderful view of Bear Cut and best of all, it's open to the general public.

The happy hour crowd is composed of RSMS students, and professors, as well as the scientists from the National Oceanographic and Atmospheric Administration, trainers from the Miami Seaquarium, and in-the-know locals.

The band will be kicking it at 6 pm, for two sets of Classic Honkytonk, Hillbilly Bop, and Roots Rock!
