Mental health is part of what we build together - every day, on the jobsite and beyond.

This week, our JV team at PortMiami Cruise Terminal G held its third Mental Health Awareness stand down, highlighting that prioritizing mental health and removing stigma must remain a focus across our industry.

Once again, we were joined by Ms. Yari, LMHC, whose expertise and commitment continue to support meaningful progress in this space. Creating an environment where our workforce can engage in open dialogue around a topic that has long gone unaddressed in construction is a step forward for our industry.

We thank Ms. Yari for sharing her time and knowledge, and the project leadership team for prioritizing this effort and supporting the conversation on an active jobsite. Most importantly, we recognize every team member who participated, helping to advance a culture where mental health is discussed openly and supported.

Safety is more than hard hats and harnesses, it starts with how we take care of one another.

With millions of passengers traveling through the port each year, the infrastructure behind each arrival and departure plays a critical role in keeping that experience moving forward.

As part of Cruise Terminal F’s 471,500-square-foot expansion, Lemartec helped enhance one of Miami’s major cruise gateways, supporting passenger flow, port operations, and the continued growth of the cruise industry.

A project built for the pace, scale, and impact of one of the world’s leading cruise ports.

Recently, members of our team partnered with Habitat for Humanity to support a residential project through a volunteer landscaping effort, a reminder that building stronger communities extends far beyond the jobsite.

The work, which included landscaping around the home, helped create a welcoming outdoor space for a future homeowner while reflecting the impact that hands-on collaboration and community support can have beyond construction alone.

We’re proud to support Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami and their mission and grateful to everyone who volunteered their time to help make a difference in the community.

There’s great pride in building projects that leave a lasting impact on the communities they serve, and even greater pride in being recognized among the firms helping shape the future of the industry.

In the May 2026 issue of Metal Construction News, Lemartec ranked Top 5 in tonnage and Top 8 in square footage among metal construction firms across the United States.

We are honored to be recognized alongside some of the nation’s leading builders. These rankings reflect the scale, collaboration, and commitment behind the work our teams deliver every day.

Most importantly, this recognition is a testament to the people behind the work. Thank you to our employees, partners, clients, and project teams who continue driving our success forward.

Working at height requires constant awareness and preparation, making Fall Protection a critical focus of today’s Construction Safety Week activities at our New Cruise Terminal G project at PortMiami.

Through ongoing training and proactive safety practices, teams across the project continue reinforcing the measures that help prevent incidents and protect everyone on site.

Proud to work All In Together alongside our JV partners at NV2A to keep safety at the forefront every day.

From South Florida to Texas, Construction Safety Week continues with a focus on preparedness, communication, and quick action in critical situations.

Today’s Fire Department demonstration reinforced the importance of emergency preparedness and executing a clear Emergency Action Plan, ensuring teams are ready to respond quickly, effectively, and safely when it matters most.

An essential step in ensuring safe, controlled responses when it matters most.
