Yohanna Gursey is a Dominican-born fashion designer, entrepreneur, and conscious leader shaping the future of fashion through culture, sustainability, and education.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of GERCI, a sustainable luxury fashion house recognized for blending timeless elegance, individuality, cultural identity, and environmental consciousness.

Throughout her career, she has collaborated with internationally recognized fashion houses and designers including Ralph Lauren, Ann Taylor, Narciso Rodríguez, and Jason Wu. Her work has reached international runways and media platforms including Telemundo 47 New York and Univision.

She is also the founder of Sun and Water Foundation and The Green Fashion Project, initiatives that use fashion and education to inspire future generations and cultivate a more conscious and creative world.

Today, Yohanna continues building a new vision of contemporary Latin American luxury, where heritage, sophistication, and purpose become a lasting legacy.

For this chapter of Sun and Water, GERCI departs from purity without abandoning it. Structured checks become a canvas for hand-applied florals, crystalline details, and moments of unexpected color, appearing like reflections carried across water at midnight.

Inspired by the Midnight Sun phenomenon, the look explores contrast: order and spontaneity, structure and softness, shadow and illumination.
