Should a customer have a claim related to Hurricane Harvey, our claims reporting is available 24/7 by visiting upcinsurance.com/policyholders/submit-a-claim or calling 1-888-CLM-DEPT (888-256-3378). If you have an email address or fax number for submitting claims, please do not use them as these are not routed to our Catastrophe Response Team, and it will cause a delay in processing the claim.

If our insured is reporting damage to their roof or a roof leak, please explain that they have a duty under the policy to protect their property from further damage. Please provide them with the name of one of the mitigation vendors in their area to tarp their roof and/or offer any dry-out services that may be necessary.
