Thanksgiving ideas, the ReOrgWay!
💡Decor (pic #1) - Shop your linen closet, produce & spice section of your local supermarket . Hence how we created our dining room table centerpiece.
💡We are obsessed with Cornbread, as a result of (easy premix)- add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup almond milk, or any of choice, 1 tablesppon of cinnamon & teaspoon of nutmeg, 1/2 cup of your preferred flavored topping (we did fesh pumkin puree & another with shredded coconut) - delish!
💡Mac&Cheese
1. 2 boxes of macron noodles (boil w/a dash of extra virgin olive oil. We love @365.wholefoods!
2. 1/2 stick of unsalted butter
3. 4 packs of cubed cheese (Muenster, cheddar, mozzarella, or any of choice..) - cut into cubes
4. 1 pack of shredded cheese
5. 1/2 cup of milk (any kind)
6. 2 tablespoons of nutmeg
Take an oven friendly deep pan and drizzle all the shredded cheese, then spread after draining noodles on top. Then, in small pot add items (2, 3 - only have half a pack, & 5) bring to boil and drizzle over cooked noodles with cut cubes of cheese add sprinkles of nutmeg for some smokey flavor and that's it...
💡Veggie Stir Fry
Favorite dice veggies bring to a boil to lightly soften, then drain add to a woke or frying pan, 2 onions, cabbage, and garlic with sesame oil until sautéed. In a separate pot, take your favorite Thai noodles (easy to find in any major grocery store international section or Asian market). Mix add a quarter cup of soy sauce (low sodium) and mix.
💡Bokchoy Chicken Stirfry-
You repeat the steps as with the veggie stir fry except add cooked chicken and steamed bokchoy to the mix, and instead of soy sauce, add your favorite teriyaki or Stirfry sauce.
💡Red Beans - frijoles
That will be another day in a
vlog video... STAY TUNED!
