ABOUT ME

Part 1

My name is Alesya Negodina, and my journey has been filled with both challenges and growth. Born in a small city in the Far East of Russia, my life took a significant turn when my parents separated when I was just 7 years old. As a result, I moved in with my grandmother, which led to childhood trauma, causing feelings of abandonment and unworthiness. Growing up, I found myself in total survival mode, surrounded by cold weather, people, violence, and constant fear.

At the age of 18, I pursued studies in political science, but a deep desire to find happiness beyond my surroundings led me to drop out of college and explore the world. From Spain to South Korea, Thailand to the Dominican Republic, each place left its mark on me. However, it was another pivotal moment when my mother visited me in 2012 and passed away in the Dominican Republic. This loss was an awakening point in my life, plunging me into depression and thoughts of ending my life.

However, I found help in a church, where I began asking profound questions “Who am I?”, “Why I am here?”, “What is my purpose?”. This marked the start of a transformative journey towards self-discovery and healing, leading me to seek answers from within myself.

Giving from a state of Love rather than Fear! I love to practice yoga and I love to share it with the community🤗 So starting this August 25th at 7pm we going to meet once a month at Bal Harbor Beach for Community Yoga with Sound Healing 🌊🧘‍♀️✨

I am beyond grateful for my healing path and the ability to share it with others 🙏♥️
