I remember when the pandemic kicked off, I kept saying to myself, “Take what you want, but leave the gyms open 😭”. By the time they started to open back, I could barely do a pull-up.

At that point, running was my go to. I grew to enjoy those long runs through West Chicago. Gave me a chance to clear my head and appreciate nature more, but I definitely don’t have any plans on going back to that pandemic size 😅.

Choose a plan and stick with it. It may not always go as you’d hope, but that doesn’t mean you should walk away. Adjust, regroup and get right back to it. If you knock long enough, eventually someone will answer. Build the brand... Be the brand
