Sharing Dirian Valdes-Mooney story with all of our love and support 💪🏼💋🙏🏼

The summer of 2024 will never be forgotten! Between Memorial Day and Labor Day, I was diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer, received 4 chemo treatments, and had surgery to remove any remaining tumors and organs no longer needed!
I am looking forward to completing my last two chemo treatments and learning what other treatments lay ahead.
Thank you to all who have walked this journey with me, who have been by my side in the early dark days toward acceptance, and through all my milestones. Thank you to those who have checked in, said prayers, sent support for dinners, and have been my strength.
I have picked up new hobbies— napping and baking sourdough bread. I have embraced and learned many things in this journey— trust in God’s plan… slow down... accept help... ask for help... enjoy the little things… focus on me and the fact that it is okay to be a little selfish right now. .. But most importantly I have learned how BLESSED I am.
