Descubriendo lugares me tropecé con ubicado en Doral. Un lugar concurrido con una decoración que invita a quedarse. Me ofrecieron el menú y preguntaron si era para llevar o comer ahí, la verdad que me sentí como que me estaban apurando para decidir. Después de ojear el menú, pedí La Sifrina, ensalada compuesta de arugula, mezclada con pollo, pedazos de almendras, fresa, queso de cabra, higos y vinagreta de champagne. De postre una deliciosa torta de zanahoria. Puedo confesar que la torta estuvo excelente, pero la ensalada me hubiera gustado con más vinagreta. Discovering places I stumbled upon located in Doral. A busy place with a decoration that invite you to stay. They offered me the menu and asked me to take or eat there, the truth is that I felt like they were rushing me to decide. After looking to the menu, I ordered La Sifrina, a salad made of arugula, tossed with chicken, slices of almonds, strawberry’s, goat cheese, figs and champagne vinaigrette. For dessert a carrot cake. I can confess that the carrot cake was delicious but the salad I would have liked with more vinaigrette. 👍👍👍
