Calling my training sessions Playdates from now on.

All I ever wanna do is have a good time. If I'm not enjoying myself then I'm not doing it. I've been this way my whole life but didn't realize "Good Vibes" is a core value for me. The word for that is "Eudaimonia"

Anyway, I've been hungry all week - cut is doing what it do. Looking forward to a refeed soon, coach set a goal and I'm a hair away. 🍔
