Restless energy. Everyday you need to do something for you!
First thing I noticed was my shoulder stability sucks…Second thing I noticed is this is a great core exercise… Third thing I noticed was this is a great move for me because of my goals.
I haven’t seen a demo of this exercise, but I was in the gym with some extra time and wanted to try it out. Having good shoulder stability and strength in rotation are both important to me right now because of surfing.
My programmed workout today called for rows, but this goes to show you can and should play around sometimes when you have the ability. I’ll be adding this into some of my programs going forward.
