SCARS|CHINA Affiliate Organization of the Society of Citizens Against Relationship Scams Inc. [SCARS]™
As of June 1, 2020 SCARS|CHINA is an independent nonprofit in the PRC. It was created by the U.S. SCARS and separated in 2020. It operates as an affiliate organization to SCARS wordwide but its focus is exclusively on the internal needs of scam victims inside the PRC.

The Society of Citizens Against Relationship Scams [SCARS] is a Non-Profit Non-Governmental Organization incorporated in the United States; founded to bring positive change to the online environment. It was created to address the ever-growing threat of global criminal cartels in their expansion of online fraud and related cybercrimes. We work with governments and law enforcement worldwide to address the data needed, and legal & enforcement changes required to bring this plague to an end.
