Following our partnership with both names, Elephant Skin is proud to help present Mansão Seara: a 180° oceanfront masterpiece rising on the historic site of the former Hotel Seara, in Fortaleza.

350 m² residences. Eight full-floor units of 665 m². Natural ventilation. Honest materials. Soft transitions between private life and public landscape.

From the fourth-floor infinity pool to the rooftop wellness center and helipad, every space is intentional. Nothing is wasted. Nothing is loud.

Architecture that doesn’t compete with the view. It completes it.
