Miami-based 13th Floor Investments and Charlotte, North Carolina-based Barings will soon commence construction on the fourth and final tower at their Link at Douglas transit-oriented development project in Miami after securing a $134 million construction loan.

Santander Bank, TD Bank and First Horizon Bank partnered to provide the leasehold financing for the project at 3070 S.W. 37th Ave., next to the Douglas Road Metrorail Station. The 37-story Crescendo will have 392 apartments, along with a host of amenities such as a pool, a lounge and a fitness center.
