Time flies but we continue going strong.
Almost half of our food is wasted in the United States.
Examples include unsold food from retail stores; plate waste, uneaten prepared food, or kitchen trimmings from restaurants, cafeterias, and households; or by-products from food and beverage processing facilities.
Some Solutions are: Put new groceries in the back of your fridge or pantry, so you'll use older food first, before it expires. Learn to reuse food for another meal. Use all of your produce by getting creative.

Some people ask about what we do and who we help.
is a nonprofit organization that helps divert food from going to waste by distributing to families and shelters in need.
Food waste or Food surplus (how we like to call it), happens by the consumer demand. The more demand , the more has to be produced for freshness and for visual consumption. To maintain soles at groceries stores filled, more has to be bought; therefore causing a surplus.
That’s when we come in, to help the rotation of this products diverting from waste.
Who are the families we help, is another great question we always get.
We help all of those families who contact us that waiter have no jobs, their current salaries are not enough past paying rent, families living on the streets, families on different church programs, families with Covid-19, families in shelters , and a few more.
We serve the entire Dade-County.
